Work Order Coordinator (hybrid)Minneapolis, MN System One is currently seeking a Work Order Coordinator (hybrid) on a 12 month contract position located in Minneapolis, MN. Work Order Coordinator Responsibilities:
Responsible for reconciling backlog work orders and ensuring all necessary actions are completed efficiently.
Will work through assigned lists, complete tasks, and receive additional lists as needed.
Review and process backlog work orders.
Communicate with other coordinators and stakeholders.
Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to track progress.
Work independently while reaching out to team members when necessary.
Work Order Coordinator Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlooks, Teams, etc.)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently while collaborating as needed
Strong communication skills
Team-oriented and adaptable
Prior experience in customer service is a plus
Experience working in the power or utility industry is a plus but not required
Experience wit work order management
High School diploma or GED
SAP preferred
Duration: 12 months
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Pay Rate: $38-41/hr
This is a hybrid position which requires to be in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays in office. Remote work is Monday and Friday.
