Job Title: MIG WelderJob Type: Full-time (Monday through Thursday - 6am-4:30pm)Location: Blaine, MNJob Summary: We are seeking a skilled MIG welder to join our team. As a MIG welder, you will be responsible for welding metal components together to create a variety of products. The ideal candidate will have experience in welding, be detail-oriented, and have excellent hand-eye coordination.Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the welding requirements

Set up welding equipment and select the appropriate welding technique based on the requirements

Weld components in flat, vertical, or overhead positions

Ensure that the welding equipment is maintained and repaired as needed

Inspect welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards

Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fuse metal segments together

Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience as a MIG welder

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams

Familiarity with welding tools and equipment

Knowledge of welding techniques and safety procedures

Good communication skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy objects
