Job Title: Test TechnicianJob DescriptionResponsible for performing electrical tests on rotating electrical machines, evaluating their compliance with the project and/or applicable standards; evaluating the divergences raised during the test together with the test analyst, suggesting improvements when necessary, generating information aimed at continuous improvement and guarantee of the product quality.Responsibilities
Perform electrical tests on rotating electrical machines.
Evaluate compliance with project and applicable standards.
Work with the test analyst to evaluate divergences raised during tests.
Suggest improvements when necessary.
Generate information aimed at continuous improvement and guarantee of product quality.
Calibrate and maintain electrical test equipment.
Develop electronic databases, standards, work instructions, and procedures.
Identify devices, coupling, flanges, keys, etc., necessary to execute electrical tests accurately and safely.

Associate's degree in Electronics, Electrotechnical, or Electromechanical
Knowledge of the manufacturing process and testing of rotating electrical machines

Ability to communicate and present detailed, technical initiatives to non-technical people
