About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Talent Marketing Content Creator (Sr. Marketing Consultant) to join the Global Talent Attraction & Engagement Team . This team drives the development, planning, and execution of strategic talent marketing programs and initiatives aimed at attracting and engaging diverse talent globally.This role will work with a globally dispersed team responsible for consulting with Talent Acquisition partners to help support their hiring needs through strategic and innovative attraction and engagement initiatives. This is a creative marketing role where you will produce high-impact content in a variety of content formats including but not limited to blog posts, articles, case studies, newsletters, webinars, podcasts, design elements, and video. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about great storytelling and will bring marketing strategy, content creation skills, and strong writing experience to the role. This candidate should have a clear understanding of the production process within a brand or agency environment.In this role, you will:

Develop and produce engaging content for various channels, including video, email, and website.

Write, edit, and optimize content to ensure it meets audience needs and business objectives.

Regularly update content to maintain relevance and freshness.

Plan and strategize content to align with business goals and stakeholder needs. Conduct market research and audience analysis to inform content decisions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure content supports overall talent marketing and business strategies.

Track key metrics and generate insights to inform future content strategies. Prepare reports to communicate findings and recommendations to the team.

Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and design. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide input on creative direction. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely delivery of content projects.

Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and regulatory requirements. Review content for accuracy, consistency. Partner with Legal and Compliance for review of adherence to standards. Implement quality control processes to maintain high content standards.

Identify appropriate stakeholders and work collaboratively to encourage diverse perspectives. Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all content creation.

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Strategic marketing experience producing content and executing integrated campaigns using multiple talent channels to include but not limited to: mobile, video, podcasts, short stories, long-form narratives, interactives

Experience as a Content Creator, copywriter, or similar role with a focus on omni-channel marketing.

Experience creating compelling content that captivates targeted demographics.

Experience working with content management systems, video editing tools, creative suites.

Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Marketing agency, advertising agency, or corporate brand management experience

Experience collaborating and influencing leaders, peers, and colleagues in a large, matrixed environment.

Strong analytical skills to capture and analyze appropriate data to determine ROI and trends.

Project management and implementation experience, managing projects from beginning to end, that vary in scope and complexity while meeting deadlines within a request board/ticketing system.

Experience working in international and/or global roles.
