Audit General Ledger entries for all branches

Audit Balance Sheet Accounts

Track and Followup on ICR’s

Perform an occasional ICR

Training/reviewing policies to make sure everyone is doing the reconciliations and entries correctly.

Reviewing Reconciliations

Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Two to three (2-3) years general ledger experience required (defined as: journal entries, account reconciliations, prepaids, accruals, fixed assets, GAAP accounting) preferred.

Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel

Working knowledge of MS Word and MS Outlook

J.D. Edwards, SAP, or equivalent software

Accuracy, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task

Strong reasoning and analytical skills

Solid interpersonal skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to prioritize

Strongly preferred: Business Objects or equivalent reporting
