Lead through Workday implementation
Lead national payroll tax project
Day to day responsibilities: Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees using our designated payroll software. Verify and input employee time and attendance records, deductions, and adjustments into the payroll system. Calculate and process special payments, including bonuses, commissions, overtime, and other adjustments. Ensure accurate taxation of salaries, benefits, and other compensation elements, staying up-to-date with tax regulations and changes. Reconcile discrepancies and resolve payroll-related issues promptly. Maintain accurate employee records and documentation, including changes in personal information, tax withholdings, and direct deposit details. Collaborate with HR and benefits administration to ensure accurate benefits deductions and enrollments. Prepare and distribute payroll reports, summaries, and statements to relevant departments and management. Handle inquiries from employees regarding payroll, deductions, and tax-related matters. Assist in preparing and filing payroll-related tax forms, including quarterly and annual filings. Participate in audits related to payroll and employee compensation.Skills and Qualifications
Workday experience is a must
3+ years of payroll experience
