Strong hands on .NET experience 15yrs

Strong C# skills (all 15 yrs should be on C#)

Strong Windows form and wpf experience

Strong API development and deployment (Cloud is nice to have but if they claim they worked on cloud it should be hands on not learning in our project).

Strong API Security knowledge
