Senior R&D Chemist - Renal CareDescription:Implement non-routine strategies and innovative solutions.Conduct research and design strategies for new or improved products/processes.Direct other chemists in interpreting project results.Collaborate with cross-functional teams.Solve analytical problems and investigate atypical results.Maintain and update equipment and procedures.Ensure regulatory compliance in all activities.Lead operational excellence initiatives and develop new techniques.Share research outcomes and mentor team members.Qualifications:Experience in method development, validation, and transfers.Knowledge of ICH, USP guidelines, and cGxP practices.Hands-on experience with analytical instruments (e.g.,ICP-MS, UHPLC/HPLC, GC).Strong problem-solving and experimental design skills.Understanding of data management and migration.Flexibility and team-oriented mindset.Education and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years; Master’s Degree with 3+ years; PhD with 2+ years in chemistry.Experience in analytical labs, cGxP practices, and independent method development.About Actalent Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
