About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Administrator with the Leadership and Management Development Department.In this role, you will:

Support the operations of leadership and manager development programs

Perform business operations that are administrative in nature

Facilitate efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and escalate concerns related to the assigned operation

Provide subject matter knowledge and interpretation of procedures to key business partners

Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies including but not limited to Sharepoint site, LXP hub and mailboxes

Interact with immediate strategy and execution colleagues, department leadership and team members on operational initiatives

Provide support for a variety of functions within the leadership and manager development programs, projects and meetings

Required Qualifications, US:

4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Proficiency with digital delivery tools and platforms like MS TEAMS, Zoom, Sharepoint, LXPs, Adobe

Adept in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint

Attentive to detail, able to coordinate and support multiple projects at a time

Experienced with expense report processing; reconciliation, adhering to policies and procedures

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Job Expectations:

This position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement at one of the listed positions

Pay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
