Job DescriptionThe Procure to Pay Operations Royalties Contract Processing Analyst will support integrated finance and accounting services to a large global technology corporation, across eight global delivery locations. The engagement spans over 120 countries and includes over five hundred individual roles worldwide incorporating thirty-six languages.Responsibilities

Accountability for contract management for assigned Silos

Monthly maintenance of contracts by executing contract/scope changes

Review and validate proper statement approval and adequate reconciliation before processing statements

Investigate and escalate any variances identified through the reconciliation process

Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned SNow cases within our service level agreement

Supports stakeholders with key tasks related to their silos

Liaison between Royalties Operations Manager (ROMs) and Royalty Analysts

Support month end, quarter end and year end closing and other key processing deadlines

Reporting: Prepare and validate assigned reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Ad hoc activities: In support of the Team Lead, Accenture Service Delivery lead and client

Basic Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ Royalties Operations or Contract Management experience - OR - 1-year Royalties Operations or Contract Management experience plus bachelor’s degree

Minimum 2 years’ experience working with ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as Royalties CPM (Contract Processing Manager) or Royalties Analyst (RA)

SAP experience

Experience with Service Now, Alliant and CRM

MS Office to include Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups and maintain macros)

Understands contracts, processes, procedures of portfolios

Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or equivalent work experience

Professional Qualifications

Strong attention to detail, organizational & time management skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Writes, speaks, and presents information effectively and persuasively

Ability to own responsibilities and processes

Positive attitude and flexibility

Research and problem-solving skills

Strong team player while also being able to demonstrate a high level of self-initiative
