You will be processing prescriptions through workflow and resolving Adjudication's. Also in the position you provide backup telephone support to pharmacy patients, providers and pharmacies. Ensuring that patients are eligible for and receive prescribed medications in an accurate and timely manner via appropriate delivery methods. This includes patient tracking, processing of patient claims, customer service. and other assigned tasks.QualificationsRequired ExperienceOne year experience as a pharmacy technician.Required License/Certification/RegistrationRegistered Technician with Minnesota Board of PharmacyPreferredPharmacy certification with the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board.
