Patient Care Coordinator

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Patient Care Coordinator in our Minneapolis, Minnesota office. This role is crucial to our operations in the healthcare industry, ensuring efficient patient care coordination. You will be part of a dynamic team that plays a significant role in processing patient applications, maintaining accurate patient records, and addressing patient inquiries. Responsibilities: Efficiently and accurately process patient applications Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of patient care Address and resolve patient inquiries in a timely manner Monitor patient accounts and perform necessary actions Use R Code for data analysis and interpretation Collaborate with teams across different locations for seamless operations Use video tools for patient communication and coordination Navigate through HealthCare.gov for relevant patient information Adhere to healthcare policies and procedures Ensure compliance with NIS standards in all operations.Requirements Possess strong skills in video production and editing, ideally with experience in a healthcare context Familiarity with HealthCare.gov, including its navigation, usage, and potential issues Proficiency in R Code with the ability to apply it in a healthcare data analysis context Experience or knowledge of offshore medical practices and regulations Thorough understanding of TRICARE health program, including its benefits, eligibility, and enrollment process Proficiency in the usage of NIS (National Immunization Surveys) for patient data tracking and analysis TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
