Description:In this position, you will do a variety of tasks that produce plates for printing to customer specifications. First you will measure and cut some PVC material to be used on the saddles. PVC is thermoplastic material. To make the saddle you will sew on J strips and a trail edge strip then add grommets. Once that's complete you will drill holes in the saddle to be matched with the photopolymer plate (rubber like material) . After the plate is complete it gets pinned and mounted to the saddle and will roll out air bubbles and cut plate to specific size using a tape measure and other cutting tools.Skills:printing, mounting, tape measure, cutting, sew, Packaging, PackingTop Skills Details:printing,mounting,tape measure,cutting,sewAdditional Skills & Qualifications:High attention to detail

Prior mounting experience, printing press operator, or printing operator
