Where We Need You Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Senior Consultant to join our growing Microsoft 365 Services team. What You Can Expect: As a Senior Consultant, you will be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Interns and Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans. You’ll identify areas of risk and opportunities to increase efficiency. You’ll strengthen relationships and deepen your abilities to communicate, gain trust, and network with client personnel and professional associates. At the direction of Managers, you may accept responsibility for decision-making in areas including establishing project scope and work plans, project staffing, preparation of deliverables, and application of methodologies. The Protiviti MSFT 365 team provides services to Clients for the strategy, design, migration and implementation of a wide range of solutions across the entirety of the Microsoft 365 Modern Work , Security & Compliance , and Power Platform applications . Protiviti is looking for individuals with experience with some and interest in building mo re capabilities to progress their career. The Senior Consultant has hands on involvement in every phase of the engagement from design through deployment and works directly with the client and the project leadership . They are encouraged to progress t heir knowledge and experience across the Microsoft applications and participate in the development of new offerings for the practice. Do Your Talents Include the Following?
E xperience in delivering business solutions on Microsoft 365 with expertise related to Teams, Exchange, OneDrive and SharePoint Online .
Experience with the Power Platform, specifically: PowerApps Portal, Power Automate and Apps, and Power BI reports implementations .
Experience with the Security & Compliance applications, specifically: Purview, Defender, Intune, and Entra.
Experience working with and presenting to clients with excellent written and verbal communications, with technical and non-technical personnel.
Working knowledge of Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Social Networking, Enterprise Content Management and/or Business Process and Forms.
Working knowledge of Data Protection strategies and how to implement them within the Microsoft eco-system.
Experience with the some of the following MSFT technologies :
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
Microsoft Purview Information Protection
Microsoft Purview Data Loss Prevention
Microsoft Exchange Online
Microsoft SharePoint Online
Microsoft Teams
Information Right Management

Experience with implementation concepts (requirements management, development methodologies, testing and documentation of business processes) and in moving from solution envisioning to implementation to rollout.
Experience writing PowerShell Scripts for automation, deployment, and validation
Supervisory experience of teams including mentoring, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate .
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline ( e.g. MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree) required .
4+ years of experience designing, building and deploying enterprise solutions with Microsoft technologies.
Significant portion of above experience delivered while working for a technology consulting firm.
MSFT Certifications for M icrosoft 365 applications outlined above .

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.
$84,000.00 - $126,000.00Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job. 10%The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job. $92,400.00 - $138,600.00Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year.
