Loan Servicing - Support

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a detail-oriented individual in the field of Loan Servicing - Support in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role is within a dynamic environment where processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries are key aspects of the job. As part of the role, you will also be monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary actions. Responsibilities: Provide effective support for loan servicing operations. Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications. Utilize CRM and Automated Underwriting Systems to maintain accurate customer credit records. Address and resolve customer inquiries related to loan servicing. Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action as needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and audit requirements. Use Fiserv and Adobe Acrobat for data processing tasks. Understand and apply 3m Coding in relevant situations. Participate in the closing processes of loans. Regularly review and update loan servicing processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements Proficiency in Closing Processes is required. Must have a strong understanding of Compliance procedures in the loan servicing sector. Audit skills are essential, with a focus on loan servicing. Experience with Fiserv loan servicing software is a necessity. Detailed knowledge of Loan Servicing processes and systems is mandatory.
