Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a HR Coordinator in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role primarily involves managing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and updating employee records in our travel industry business line. The HR Coordinator will be expected to maintain efficient processes and add value to our operations.Responsibilities: Handle requests and queries from HR and management accurately and promptly. Manage our HRIS, ensuring its optimal use. Update and ensure the correctness of employee records within the HRIS. Work closely with the HR team to maintain smooth and efficient operations. Troubleshoot any technical issues related to the HRIS. Maintain compliance and confidentiality standards, respecting all data privacy regulations. Process background checks and manage benefit functions. Utilize ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce, and About Time systems. Ensure strong communication within the team and across departments. Carry out auditing tasks as necessary.
