The Human Resources Coordinator position at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis is a critical role that provides functional support to our Human Resources personnel and the tactical implementation of people focused solutions and services. It requires the ability to leverage interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills to provide transactional support for solutions that drive business value and a people focused culture.This role supports programs within all the HR disciplines and various enterprise-wide programs and projects. Duties include processing confidential information and corresponding activities for programs that support all aspects of an employee lifecycle from including recruiting, onboarding, retention, employee satisfaction and offboarding.Under direct supervision:
Provides functional support to Human Resources staff and employees on HR related activities and matters throughout the division.
Supports the accurate and timely processing of key transactions (such as payroll) for the organization.
Performs receptionist duties, including receiving and responding to employees, visitors and phone calls.
Coordinates and supports special projects as directed, including Bank-wide events and activities.
Handles sensitive information.
Updates and maintains databases.
Complies with and follows established business and department policies, procedures and applicable state/federal laws.
Qualifications:Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.4 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of higher education and experience. (6 years required for level II.)Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated proficiency in using PC/software applications.Demonstrated organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills.Proven dependability, self-motivation, and attention to detail.Proven ability to multitask, solve complex problems, communicate effectively, and model the company's core values and culture.Ability to lift/carry 10 pounds.Balancing, reconciling, and/or bookkeeping experience strongly preferred.Experience in the HR disciplines a plus.Advanced HR training and/or certification a plus.Salary range for level II is $43,500-54,330-65,200.Salary range for level III is $50,300-62,854,75,400.Salary offer will be based on qualifications/experience of the candidate , alignment with market data, the needs of the position, our total compensation package, and internal equity.Our total rewards program offers benefits that are the best fit for you at every stage of your career:
