Description Robert Half is pleased to be working on a direct hire opportunity for a well-established Investment Management firm for the role of an Associate Business Operations. This exciting role offers the chance to support the Business Operations/Accounting function through intricate accounting review and play a key role in the dynamic growth of our client's Investment Strategy.Key Responsibilities:

Execute detailed accounting review of quarterly deliverables.

Ensure accounting records are complete and accurate.

Oversee consolidation of financial and investment data.

Deliver detailed reporting on deal flow and cash flow.

Provide analytical insights through accounting and investment data.

Initiate and drive process changes and automation.

Act as a liaison, communicating updates about the firm’s investment portfolio to the relevant internal teams.

Conduct data integrity reconciliations with external parties and resolve any issues.

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, or related field.

2-5 years of relevant experience, preferable in the financial services sector.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with project management.

Exceptional problem-solving skills, able to maintain a keen eye for detail.

Self-motivated and ready to collaborate as part of a team towards common goals.
