Description We are looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team in the healthcare and social assistance industry, located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity, where the candidate will coordinate patient services, interpreter services, and supervise front desk staff. They will also collect payments, document and report them, and support the Director of Patient Experience.Responsibilities Coordinate patient services to ensure they receive the care they need Supervise front desk staff to ensure efficient and friendly customer service Coordinate interpreter services for patients who require them Collect payments from patients and document them accurately Report payment collection numbers to management regularly Provide support to the Director of Patient Experience in their daily tasks Manage customer relations through the CRM and Management System Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze data related to patient services Assist customers with inquiries or issues they may have Handle cash activity and check processing with accuracy and integrity Utilize Epic EMR for efficient patient record management Apply supervisory management skills to ensure the team performs to the best of their ability.Requirements Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Ability to effectively manage and navigate through management systems Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to assist in data management and analysis Experience in assisting customers both in-person and via digital platforms Experience in cash activity management including cash handling and check processing Experience in supervisory management, with a focus on leading customer service teams Understanding of the healthcare, hospital, and social assistance industry Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction Strong problem-solving skills to address customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally Ability to handle sensitive customer data with confidentiality and integrity.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
