Description We are assisting our client in the higher education industry based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves administrative tasks, fraud investigation, and collaboration with a team. It requires attention to detail, the ability to stay focused, and strong teamwork skills. Responsibilities: Processing and verifying applications from students Maintaining accurate records of each application Investigating potential fraudulent applications by asking for additional information and verifying IDs Using a CRM and other management systems to keep track of applications and findings Collaborating with the admissions team to identify suspicious applications Using Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze data Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies Documenting all processes and findings accurately Regularly communicating with team members about findings and updates.Requirements Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar Proficiency in using CRM systems Demonstrated capability in using Microsoft Excel for data analysis Experience in documentation Experience in fraud investigation Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team and independently Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferredRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
