The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.THE CHALLENGE:We are looking for a Financial Reporting Analyst that reports to the Director of Accounting Policy and Financial Reporting. In this role, you will assist with the preparation and review of SEC filings as well as quarterly earnings releases. Additionally, you will help oversee the Company’s internal control over financial reporting and SOX compliance in collaboration with our external internal control service provider. This position will also support the Company’s consolidation team. You will work closely with the consolidation and operational accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.Assist in the preparation of SEC filings, earning releases, investor documents and other regulatory reports.Perform ticking and tying procedures to verify financial data consistency across reports, ensuring that numbers in SEC filings match supporting documentation and source data.Conduct variance analysis and provide key drivers and other relates insights on financial performance.Work closely with Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Tax, and Treasury teams to ensure accurate reporting and other related financial data integrity.Assist with external audits by gathering required documentation, responding to auditor inquiries and preparing key support items.Develop and maintain accounting and control policy site.Maintain and improve internal controls related to financial reporting, ensuring compliance with SOX 404 requirements.Identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial reporting processes using tools like Excel macros, ERP systems or BI tools.Provide support for additional tasks as needed, including the consolidation process, rollforward checklists, etc.ABOUT YOU:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.CPA, CIA, or CFA designation (or progress toward certification) is a plus.2+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or audit. Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location.
