JOB TITLE: Financial Analyst 1 JOB TYPE: Full Time - Hybrid TYPICAL/EXPECTED % OF OVERNIGHT TRAVEL: Less than 5% ABOUT YOU: This entry-intermediate level role provides key accounting and analysis support for Enterprise Sales Finance activities. YOU HAVE:

Technical skills. Excellent technical skills in accounting, with strong systems aptitude and PC skills, specifically spreadsheets (Excel), database (Access), general ledger experience and financial reporting software. Preferred Oracle systems G/L experience and BI Technology (Tableau/Power BI). Preferred SAP BPC financial reporting software experience.

Attention to detail. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills required.

Great communication skills. Ability to work effectively with all levels in the organization.

Experience. 1-2 years of related experience.

Education. 4 year degree in Accounting or Finance.

YOU WILL:

Manage Oracle Sales Compensation for multiple organizations and business units:

Monthly accounting close of Sale Compensation sub-system.

Journal Entries and Balance Sheet reconciliations, both with appropriate back-up, for sales rep overdraft and commission payable accounts.

Quarterly and annual forecast and plan for sales rep overdraft and commission payable accounts.

Monthly balance sheet variance analysis for sales rep overdraft and commission payable accounts.

Uploading sales rep transactions.

Trouble-shooting system issues and errors and other sub-ledger balancing.

Testing of annual system updates and other code changes.

Identify or assist in process improvements and updating of associated policies and procedures.

Sales Finance responsibilities and support including:

On-boarding and off-boarding of assigned independent sales reps.

Maintain financial plans of assigned independent sales reps.

Maintain customer account assignments of assigned sales reps.

Support and ad-hoc reporting for assigned sales reps.

Manage sales rep data for multiple organizations and business units including:

​Preparing and maintaining sales rep agreements.

Maintaining sales rep master data to ensure accurate shipping and invoicing.

Other duties:

​Ad hoc reporting to support Principal Financial Analysts.

Help support sales, marketing and operations questions.

Participate in other finance projects as necessary.
