About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Finance Analyst reporting to Finance Manager supporting our System Time-reporting Account Management for Projects (STAMP) application and customers. Primary functions are daily/monthly reconciliation within STAMP, General Ledger reconciliation and researching/responding to customer inquiries. The position offers special projects with application design and user acceptance testing (UAT) as well as exposure to various Finance processes and programs.In this role, you will:Analyze trends, prepare key analytics/commentary on P&L and balance sheet drivers
Research and prepare monthly/quarterly forecasting trends and reports for insightful decisions
Work closely and ensure compliance with risk management/brand/internal controls teams, processes, programs and standards
Demonstrate intellectual curiosity with appropriate skepticism to review/challenge/enhance/transform current processes that can benefit from improvements; take ownership to push things forward
Uphold/maintain balance between risk mitigation and operational efficiency
Required Qualifications:2+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:2+ years Finance experience involving key metrics forecasting, large global bank desired
STAMP institutional knowledge preferred
Advanced MS Office and Excel experience with pivot tables, V look-up and large data sets
Strong SQL knowledge/experience
Agile methodology with scrum team experience
Power BI, Iris Web, Essbase functional knowledge
