Job Summary Improve technique Coaches can provide feedback and instruction on how to improve skills like grip, footwork, and shot techniques.  Develop fitness Coaches can help players create a training routine that supports their goals.  Develop strategy Coaches can help players develop strategic thinking and courtcraft.  Promote safety Coaches can ensure the safety of their athletes and communicate with medical practitioners.  Promote fair play Coaches can encourage athletes to uphold the rules of the sport and treat everyone fairly.  Why Hiawatha?
