Job Title: Dental AssistantJob DescriptionIn this position, you will assist dentists chairside. You will perform all allowable expanded functions such as digital radiographs, impressions, and bite registrations; mechanically polish teeth, place sealants, and fabricate temporary crowns; monitor, or administer, if applicable, patients that are induced under N2O. You will deliver a high level of service to our guests, demonstrate competency in electronic dental records and other computer systems, and maintain dental department areas in compliance with dental department directives and protocols as well as clinic policies and procedures relative to infection control, exposure control, and safety issues. Additionally, you will perform appointment scheduling, charting, and equipment maintenance, assist with periodontal charting, room turnover, and provide patient education.Hard Skills
