Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for Community Outreach Assistants in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The role involves a variation of responsibilities, including administrative tasks, customer relationship management, and social media outreach in a dynamic environment.Responsibilities: Managing and updating customer databases efficiently Handling administrative tasks to support the team Utilizing CRM tools for managing and improving customer relationships Managing social media platforms to enhance community engagement Using Microsoft Office Suites for various tasks and projects Carrying out evaluation processes to assess program effectiveness Implementing email marketing strategies to reach out to the community Displaying excellent organizational capabilities in managing tasks and responsibilities Producing reports to showcase the results of outreach effortsRequirements Possess administrative experience, preferably in a non-profit or community-based setting. Proficient in CRM - Customer Relationship Manager software for efficient customer management. Have experience in Database Administration, ensuring accurate and organized data handling. Skilled in Email Marketing, capable of creating and executing effective outreach campaigns. Familiar with Evaluation Processes, able to assess the effectiveness of outreach programs. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for daily tasks and presentations. Exceptional Organizational capabilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Experience with Recruiting Efforts, specifically in engaging and mobilizing volunteers for community events. Strong Reporting Capabilities, able to present data and findings clearly and succinctly. Skilled in Social Media use, capable of leveraging various platforms for community outreach and engagement.
