Job Title: CNC Set Up OperatorOffering $40 per hourJob DescriptionWe are currently seeking a skilled CNC Set Up Operator to join our vertical milling department. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various CNC machines, particularly in a machine shop environment.Responsibilities
Operate 14 vertical spindle CNC machining centers with table sizes up to 60 inches.
Operate 3 Bridgeport mills.
Utilize virtual machine programming from customer electronic files.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Apply GD&T knowledge to ensure precision and quality.
Perform assembly tasks as required.
Essential Skills
Experience in a machine shop environment.
Degree in machine tool or CNC.
Proficiency in reading blueprints.
Strong knowledge of GD&T.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with CNC, machine operations, and shop environments.
Ability to work with various materials including stainless steel, aluminum, and composites.
