Joining the Emerging Brands team as Brand Manager you will have the opportunity to build and grow the newest brands added to the Jack Links Protein Snacks portfolio by building, growing and optimizing the digital success of our brands. Be part of a team that is pushing the boundaries and reimagining multiple categories. The Brand Manager, Emerging Brands, is a versatile marketing generalist that will manage social media (Instagram, TikTok), e-commerce (owned websites, Amazon), email/SMS marketing, and SEO/SEM strategies, and much more for our new brand launching in 2025. Responsibilities include content creation & implementation, paid media strategy and implementation, and analytics management with support from the teams Marketing Analyst. This position requires a general manager, and data-driven mindset with the ability to balance creative execution and performance insights to drive growth across digital channels. Critical thinking is a MUST.The responsibilities of this position shall consist of, but not be limited to, the following:Email & SMS marketing campaigns, automations, etc.SEO/SEM ManagementAmazon & DTC growth strategy and implementationSocial paid media strategy and executionSocial media creative implementation and executionLead cross-functional efforts, in close partnership with product development and consumer insights to develop and commercialize new products and expansion efforts to drive sales and profitUncover actionable and powerful insights through analysis of brand performance,  consumer insights, category trends & competitive dynamics. Leverage these insights to shape brand strategy and growth opportunity recommendationsDevelop and execute brand marketing plans, with excellence through cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality and readiness of plans, tracking of performance in market, course-correction and learnings to improve future performancePerforms other duties and responsibilities as necessary
