Billing Clerk

Description We are looking for a Billing Clerk to join our team in a fully remote role. In this position, you will be expected to handle various billing tasks with precision and efficiency, leverage your technical expertise, and exercise excellent organizational skills.Responsibilities: Accurately process rebilling and sales tax updates using Avalara. Maintain and manage accurate billing records within Oracle. Work collaboratively to address and resolve billing discrepancies. Prepare detailed reports related to billing activities. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the billing department. Respond to inbound calls related to billing inquiries. Ensure proficiency in using Oracle and other Accounting Software Systems. Demonstrate competence in using computerized billing systems.
