Manages, directs, and schedules work activities for site

Coordinates with fellow supervisors and leaders on projects and special events in a teamwork- driven environment

Assists craftsmen on solutions to difficult problems

Gives on-site supervision over hazardous or unusual work assignments

Responds to emergency problems in the facility

Maintains logs, performs rounds, and schedules staff on maintenance work orders and inspections

Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

3+ years experience in facilities management

Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadership

Excellent communication with senior client internal staff

Experience managing employees
