Description We are offering an opportunity to join our team as a Senior Accounts Payable Coordinator located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will handle full-cycle accounts payable tasks, including processing purchase orders, coding invoices, and managing check processes. Your expertise in problem-solving and invoice discrepancy research will be vital as you navigate the manufacturing industry. Responsibilities: Process and manage full-cycle accounts payable tasks diligently and efficiently Handle purchase orders and non-PO invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Investigate and resolve any discrepancies found in invoices Utilize MS Great Plains Dynamics software for various accounting tasks Leverage your 10 key skills for data entry and other numeric tasks Regularly monitor customer credit accounts and initiate action for delinquent payments Maintain and update accurate customer credit records Responsibly manage customer credit inquiries and provide solutions Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient financial operations Take on other responsibilities as required, adhering to company standards and procedures. Requirements Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the role of an Accounts Payable Clerk or a related role. Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is required. Familiarity with MS Great Plains Dynamics is essential. Must possess 10 Key Skills. Experience with Purchase Orders is necessary. Ability to process checks efficiently is required. Must have experience in coding invoices. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should have strong organizational and time-management abilities. Must be detail-oriented and able to work with minimal supervision. Knowledge of general accounting principles and regulatory standards is essential. Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet and professional manner.
