Job Description:
Minnesota Robotics (MNR) is a small but growing company based in Lino Lakes, Minnesota with a business culture that supports creative solutions using the latest technology. MNR provides a unique opportunity for a closed-loop Designer/Project Owner/Automation Technologist experience. The position will expose the candidate to the medical device industry & other industries with tasks including designing, project ownership, and building complex projects to assist customers with developing, testing, & manufacturing of customer products. The design/build experience will propel the growth of technical knowledge with the opportunity to design, build, deliver, and support what is designed. The candidate should possess a natural passion and talent for creation and design to provide “outside-the-box” solutions to problems (e.g., candidate’s likely hands-on hobbies include vehicle repair, metal working, wood working, electronics, etc.). The job responsibilities listed below will be performed under the guidance of Minnesota Robotics’ project managers initially with the expectation that the candidate will quickly become a fully engaged contributor.

Pay:
Pay range: $35/Hours and up (+$5/Hour see Benefits) - Negotiable based on depth of previous experience & education

High school graduate followed with a minimum two-year technical school associate degree or equivalent

Set business hours (negotiable around core hours)
40 hours per week minimum
10-hour days Monday thru Thursday
