By working in more than one classroom within our school, float teachers become beloved members of our school community. These positions are versatile roles that enable teachers toacquire a wide range of early childhood experiences byworking withdifferent age groups and children.

Early Childhood Teacher Requirements:
must be able to start work within the next 3-4 weeks
a CDA, college degree (associates, bachelors, or masters) or a minimum of 16 semester credits towards and early childhood education or and ECE related field. College credits are required.
ability to work 4 - 10 hour shifts (Monday-Friday)
must be authorized to work in the US
must pass a MN Department of Human Services background study
This position starts at $22.30-$24.30+. Our wage scale is based on education and experience.
