relationships. We are expanding our team and are seeking dedicated Lead Teachers who will
play a pivotal role in providing consistent, caring support to every child on their developmental
journey.
Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement daily activities that promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and
physical development of children.
● Lead and manage a classroom, ensuring a safe, clean, and engaging learning
environment.
● Build positive, supportive relationships with children and maintain regular communication
with their circle of care (families and caregivers).
● Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and organizational policies.
● Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in
early childhood education.
● Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive team
environment.
Qualifications:
● Must hold a valid MN Early Childhood Teaching License or Bachelor’s Degree in
Early Childhood Education, or a CDA
● 12 or more college credits in Early Childhood Education or Child Development.
● 5+ years of experience working with children in an early childhood education setting.
● Strong communication and leadership skills.
● Experience working with children from diverse backgrounds.
● Commitment to equitable education and care.
Compensation:
Starting at $20-$23 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
