Duties include the task of making regular phone calls to potential and existing Clients/Companies to create new accounts and identify staffing needs of clients and companies. (b) Make regular phone calls to solicit, recruit, orientate and place candidates. (c) Identify the right candidates with appropriate qualifications and /or experience and recruiting to fill open positions. (d) Maintain regular communication with clients and employees. (e) Good customer service and offer assistance to both existing and potential clients and employees. (f) Assist in assessing first round interviews.
Skills: Excellent communication skills. (b) Work with minimum supervision. (c) Minimum HS diploma with 12 months relevant experience.
Salary Range: $17 -$20/hr. with commission.
