We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job is in person and reliable attendance is a must.
Duties
-Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
-Manage phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel while maintaining phone etiquette.
-Perform data entry tasks accurately, including calculating rate changes for clients, reviewing annual policies, maintaining client records and filing documents.
-Provide clerical support, including typing correspondence, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies.
-Assist with basic customer support inquiries, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
-Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment.
Skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
-Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly.
-Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
-Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
-Previous experience in front desk work is preferred.
-Experience as an insurance agency receptionist is beneficial but not required.
-Strong typing and grammar skills and experience are essential for this role.
