Role Overview
As an Operations Intern, you’ll get involved in many facets of our startup. From supporting marketing campaigns, helping with business development, and assisting with customer service to exploring AI tools and ensuring smooth daily operations—you’ll be an essential part of our small, dynamic team. We are looking for someone with a willingness to do whatever it takes to help the company grow and succeed, all while learning the ins and outs of an emerging tech business.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing & Outreach
Assist in planning and executing marketing initiatives (email outreach, social media, digital advertising).
Perform market research to spot trends and discover new customer segments or partnership opportunities.
Ensure brand consistency across platforms and create engaging content when needed.
2. Business Development
Identify potential growth avenues, strategic partnerships, and collaboration prospects.
Prepare pitch decks, presentations, and proposals for investors or partners.
Reach out to prospective clients, gather feedback, and communicate insights with the team.
3. Customer Service & Support
Respond to customer inquiries on email, chat, or social media, ensuring a positive experience.
Troubleshoot simple user issues and pass more complex cases to the right team member.
Collect user feedback and suggest improvements for products or services.
4. AI Tool Exploration & Implementation
Experiment with emerging AI platforms, recommending ways to incorporate them into daily workflows.
Provide ideas on how AI can enhance marketing, customer engagement, or product features.
Collaborate with product teams to test, document, and refine AI-driven initiatives.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work alongside engineering, operations, and other teams on special projects or one-off tasks.
Offer administrative support—such as data entry and preparing presentations—when needed.
Adapt to whatever task arises with a positive, can-do mindset—no job is too small or too big.

Qualifications
Currently Enrolled or Recently Graduated in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
Tech-Savvy, with a keen interest in AI, innovative technologies, and startup culture.
Strong Communication Skills (written and verbal) to create content and assist customers effectively.
Proactive & Resourceful, able to work independently and take initiative.
Flexible & Adaptable, comfortable shifting gears in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment.
Team Player, eager to learn from others and contribute wherever needed.
