Metal Fabrication Machine Operator$20-$25/hr Based on ExperienceJob DescriptionCandidates will be responsible for operating various fabrication equipment including miter saws, punch press, and brake press. Additionally, they will need to read blueprints and occasionally cut metal for customers. As a small shop with about 7 employees, candidates should be prepared to take on multiple roles, including packaging and light inventory duties.Responsibilities
Operate fabrication equipment such as miter saws, punch press, and brake press.
Read and interpret blueprints.
Cut metal materials for customers as needed.
Assist with packaging and light inventory duties.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Essential Skills
Experience operating fabrication machines such as miter saws, punch press, and brake press.
Ability to read blueprints (preferred).
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and take on various roles within the shop.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a fabrication or metal shop.
Team player with a positive attitude.
