We are a small, locally owned rental property business in Hutchinson MN. We’re looking for a reliable, tech-savvy, and personable Part-Time Property Manager to help us manage day-to-day operations and support our tenants.
Responsibilities:
Respond to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests via our property management software
Coordinate with maintenance staff and vendors to resolve issues
Monitor rent payments and follow up on delinquencies
Assist with leasing tasks (e.g., showings, applications, lease renewals)
Maintain digital records and update tenant information
Provide excellent customer service to residents
Requirements:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable using technology (email, text, property management software)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Prior experience in property management or customer service preferred
Reliable transportation and availability for occasional on-site visits
