Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, and highly organized House Cleaning Manager to lead our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining cleanliness. This role is essential for delivering a consistent, top-quality service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cleaning operations and ensure efficient use of resources.
Manage a team of house cleaners, providing guidance, training, and support.
Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
Create and manage cleaning schedules and task assignments.
Address client concerns or special requests in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and order new materials as needed.
Train and supervise new employees on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Develop and implement cleaning protocols to improve efficiency and quality.
Monitor staff performance, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to company standards.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained.
Assist with hiring, scheduling, and payroll processing (if applicable).
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a cleaning or housekeeping management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive client information and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, supplies, and safety standards.
Prior experience with inventory management is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the residential cleaning industry.
First aid or safety certification.
Bilingual (English and Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
Knowledge of eco-friendly or green cleaning practices.
