Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking an experience Executive Admin Assistant to join a small medical device start up company local to Minnesota. This role will be supporting the CEO, COO and VP of sales in daily operations. This role will also have responsibilities that will align to those of a office manager as well. Some responsibilities include, but also not limited to:

Calendar Management

Travel Management

Expense Reports

Email, call and other communication screening/filtering

Internal communication with key stakeholders for logistics

Coordinate smooth day-to-day operations within the office, including:

Logistics for company-wide, staff, customer or other large group meetings

Logistics for company-wide functions and events

Checking and distributing mail / office-related packages

Managing office supplies and breakroom stocking

Managing food and beverage orders

Support key accounting and bookkeeping activities, including:

Purchase Order placement, follow-up, troubleshooting, filing and vendor communication

Accounts Payable management including communication with vendors, arranging payment, entering in accounting software and filing

Accounts Receivable management including receiving and cashing checks, entering in accounting software and filing

Credit Card management, including reviewing, auditing and paying

Wire Transfer processing

Support key human resources activities as needed, including:

Implementation of policies, programs and procedures

Payroll management

Personnel files and paperwork

Skills and Requirements

High School diploma required; post-secondary education in Business or related field highly preferred

3+ years experience in office administration; preferably at executive level and within medical device company

Previous supervisory experience preferred null
