Description We are seeking a Project Coordinator for a manufacturing client located in Maple Grove, Minnesota. The role primarily involves handling a high volume of inbound calls, data entry, and email correspondence. You will also be responsible for providing customer support and ensuring efficient administrative operations. This is a contract role with the possibility to become contract-to-hire, and is 100% onsite while a contractor.Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers and technicians daily. Provide exceptional customer service, effectively de-escalating situations and retaining customers. Input data into the system to generate Purchase Orders (POs) for job completion. Receive and process packages at the back door, ensuring proper labeling and storage. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word for various administrative tasks. Maintain a sense of urgency in all tasks, understanding the importance of customer retention. Provide regular follow-up and updates to customers and technicians. Manage email correspondence with customers, technicians, and internal teams. Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary. Perform other administrative duties as required.Requirements Proven experience in Customer Support, with strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word Ability to answer inbound and make outbound calls efficiently and professionally Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build effective relationships Experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including email correspondence Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Ability to work effectively both individually and within a team environment A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skillsIf you think you are a good fit for this role please give us a call at: 952-473-0442.
