Develop, execute, and manage IT projects within defined scope.
Collaborate with business and IT management to establish project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
Assess potential impacts of scope changes, issues, and risks on projects; work with department management and sponsors to achieve resolution.
Monitor project performance compared to original plan and budget.
Develop and execute work plans, securing authorized resources for all activities.
Gather lessons learned and obtain final project approval from sponsor and stakeholders.
Communicate project progress through timely and accurate project reports.
Coordinate resources effectively, assigning tasks and deliverables based on team members' abilities.
Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures.
Provide assistance to program or project managers on phases of larger projects.
Make decisions impacting project-level activities and influence project-level budgets.
Requirements
Must be able to work on-site in Maple Grove, MN 55311.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in project management, business systems analysis, or software development.
