Description Robert Half is seeking a Call Center Representative for our client in Maple Grove, MN, you will be the first point of contact for our clients customers. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls, providing exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role is crucial in maintaining reputation for top-quality customer care. This position is a temporary to permanent role.Key Responsibilities:

Receive and manage a high volume of incoming customer calls.

Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable assistance to address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Listen to customer concerns, identify issues, and work to find effective solutions.

Document all interactions accurately in the company's database.

Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Ensure that calls meet quality and compliance standards.

Seek to continuously improve customer interactions by following best practices.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share information and resolve complex issues.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Meet or exceed established performance goals and KPIs related to call handling, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a high volume call center or customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging customer situations.

Basic computer skills, including proficiency with customer service software and databases.

Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work onsite in our Maple Grove, MN location.
