Looking to hire a retired policeman, off duty policeman, off duty security for 1-2 apartment buildings in Mankato.
Each building would require 1/2 hour in the evening (flexible between 5-8pm) and 1/2 hour in the morning (around 8am).
Makes periodic patrols to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment.
Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.
Patrols assigned site on foot; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons.
If hired, applicant must sign independent contractor agreement.
