Richmond Oakes is a local inspection company that provides services for banks and insurance carriers. We are looking for new inspectors to cover the Mankato, Owatonna, New Prague, and surrounding areas. Living in Mankato would be ideal for this zone.

Job is very simple, but requires a lot of attention to detail and a good memory. Average inspection takes less than 5 minutes. Banks send out inspections for various reasons. Despite the reason our job is virtually the same for each inspection. We knock on the door, determine if the property is occupied or vacant, fill out a short form, and take supporting photos. The forms and pictures are all done within an app. No take home work everything is done in the field.
You must be comfortable knocking on doors and talking to strangers.
Pay is per inspection. $1k-$3k/month part time, working 2-3 days a week. Averages between $30 - $60 / hour. Potential for more work based on performance and willingness to travel.
This is a 1099, independent contractor, position. Must be over 18. Must pass a background check.
