Safe and efficient workplace with a focus on quality assurance and food safetyWhat’s a typical day as a Warehouse Operator? You’ll be: Operating production equipment including robots, palletizers, and conveyor systems Ensuring all applicable equipment is operating properly to prevent production line delays Utilizing sit-down forklift to load and unload product shipments, stand-up forklift to rack and un-rack product, and electric ride on pallet jack to move and stage product Reporting any issues with equipment to manager or supervisor Understanding and complying with all Quality Assurance policies, and immediately reporting any potential food safety issues to management Preparing, staging, loading, and unloading trucks and containers safely and accurately Matching incoming raw and finished ingredients to the bill of lading Matching bills of lading to paperwork, container numbers, and seal trucks on outgoing product Examining products to verify conformance to quality standards Picking and staging orders to be shipped Keeping work area clean and organized Inspecting forklifts and other material handling equipment Maintaining department sanitation duties per sanitation schedule Conducting inventories as neededThis job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience operating a forklift Have experience with Slip Sheet Unit/Powerlift Jack operation preferred Can communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues Can operate touch-screen controls for robots Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in work Have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Can work in a fast-paced environment Can lift 25-50 lbs on a regular basis and wear required PPEWhat happens next:Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
