R Henry Construction designs and builds custom residential homes, additions, remodels, and light commercial projects. Our company continues to grow, and we are searching for Project Managers with an eye for detail, a strong work ethic and who take pride in their work.
As a Project Manager you will be the on-site “face” of our company for the homeowner and trade contractors. The ability to communicate well with design professionals and Drafters/Architects is necessary. The Project Manager must be able to effectively manage subcontractors/suppliers and daily project functions such as keeping costs within budget, assisting with bid packages/estimating and foreseeing long-lead items. Our ideal candidate is motivated, detailed, thorough, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining an organized and clean job site.
Requirements:
Prefer 2+ Years of experience as a Project Manager on new home building, remodeling, and light commercial projects
Knowledge of construction and sales
Able to balance multiple and competing priorities simultaneously (client satisfaction, client budget, job timeline, subcontractor schedules, company reputation, etc.)
Professional demeanor with well-developed people skills including the ability to work with diverse personalities
Experience with Microsoft Office software and Builder Trend or similar project management software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to listen effectively
Resourceful, innovative and detail oriented
Must be a team player with a positive attitude
Problem-solving skills
