Order Filler
Staff Management | SMX is currently hiring Order Fillers for our client in Mankato, MN. As a Staff Management | SMX Associate you will be responsible for palletizing product in a cold environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Using a headset, associates will locate product in cold supply, stack product on pallets according to size and weight, and transport their pallets with an electric pallet jack to be wrapped for shipments. Associates are also expected to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Associates must be comfortable working in a cold storage facility. Associates will be provided appropriate gear for temperatures that range from 40 degrees to -25 degrees Fahrenheit. Associates will be standing or walking for the duration of their 10 hour shifts. Communication and teamwork are essential for associates to be successful in this position.

Associate Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED
Able to lift 75 pounds
Drug Test

Stand for Shift Duration
Must be at least 18 years old
