General Carpenter Needed for House Flipping Projects
Are you a skilled carpenter with experience in flipping houses and renovations? We're seeking a dedicated carpenter to join our team and help bring our house flipping projects to life.
Location: Northern Minnesota
Base Salary Range $52K - $60K a year. Direct Deposit
Hours: 40 Per Week - Year Round Work!
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:
1. Lead and manage renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
2. Coordinate with subcontractors and oversee their work to maintain quality standards.
3. Conduct thorough assessments of properties to determine renovation needs and develop cost estimates.
4. Execute renovations including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and landscaping.
5. Source and procure materials, equipment, and tools necessary for renovation projects.
6. Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members to provide progress updates and address any concerns.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in house flipping and renovation projects.
2. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building codes.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
5. Own basic tools necessary for the job.
6. Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
